Application Usage Information
When you use the Application and opt in for sync option, our servers will automatically record information that your mobile device sends or transmits, including, but not limited to information about your use of the Application. And control of user photos and notes are always in hands of the user. User can delete the data when ever they want. The data will be removed entirely from the servers after a few hours and which will not be recovered.
Use of storage and camera of device by the application
We use device storage permission to store user photos in the app, in case of cloud sync we upload it to Firebase servers. You can see more policy information about this at : Firebase by Google

Our app is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, however, despite these efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

For users from EU region, We personalise the content only with appropriate consent from user. The full control of the data will be in your hand and you can delete your data whenever you want. Personalisations include collection, sharing, and use of personal data for ads and other services in the app. If you choose non personalised experience We will use a unique identifier on your device to respect your data usage choice. You can change your choice anytime for the app in the app settings.
Paid services
1.We offer some paid services to our Users, on both our Website and Mobile Application.
By downloading and installing our application onto your device, you are free to manually activate a paid subscription to use our services. Your subscription will not automatically renew. You can manually complete the next subscription according to your needs.
2.Subscriptions and paid services may not be transferred to third parties.
3.We may offer additional paid features in our Services, such as the ability to remove a ban before the expiry of the ban period. These paid features may be purchased via in-app payments on our Mobile Application or via a range of proposed payment methods on our Website. It is the responsibility of all Users to check the payment 4.terms for payments made in-app on our Mobile Application.
5.All payments for paid services on both our Mobile Application are final and not subject to refunds.
6.Pricing for paid services is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, promotions, loyalty bonuses, and other discounts applied to age groups and activity on our Services.
Payment: It will be credited to the iTunes account after the user confirms the purchase and pays.
Delete your personal information
If your account is in normal use, you have the right to delete your personal information, and you can exercise this right through the following paths:
(1) You can delete your tag by clicking "Myself-Edit-Profile";
(2) You can delete the moment you posted by clicking "Myself-Edit-Moment";
If you want to delete your other personal information, you can contact us through the contact information provided in the article, and we will respond to your request in a timely manner after verifying your identity, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this policy .
Please be informed that you hereby agree that once the deletion request is responded to, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations or regulatory documents.
Please be aware that we may not delete the response information from the backup system immediately, but will delete it when the backup system is updated.
Account cancellation
1. We provide you with the right to cancel your account.
